Local pickup is not available through online checkout, but if you are near Greenfields WA, call us to check whether collection can be arranged for your order.

Yes. Once your order ships, we send you the tracking details so you can follow the delivery with the carrier, usually Australia Post or Toll. If tracking has not updated or you need to change the delivery address, email hello@pumptastic.com.au with your order number or call (08) 6384 5884 and we will sort it out. Yes. Every new pump carries the manufacturer's warranty, and the length depends on the brand and model, so check the product page or manufacturer documentation for your unit. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty claims go smoothly when the pump was correctly sized and installed, so ask us before you buy if you are unsure it suits your application.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are fully refunded. To return an item, email hello@pumptastic.com.au first for instructions. Items must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging, return shipping is paid by the customer, and approved change-of-mind refunds incur a 20% restocking fee. Many pump faults are fixed with a single part, such as a replacement capacitor, pressure switch, service kit or pressure tank.
