This page outlines everything you need to know about our delivery timeframes, shipping costs, returns, and cancellations so you can shop with confidence.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once you’ve placed your order online, please allow an estimated 5 to 7 business days for delivery to most locations across Australia.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, the type of product ordered, and courier service availability. Remote areas and rural regions may experience slightly longer delivery times. Rest assured, we’ll provide tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.

If an item is out of stock or requires special handling, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated expected delivery date.

Shipping Costs

We believe in keeping our shipping rates fair and simple.

  • Orders under $100.00 will incur a flat shipping fee of $20.00 (including GST).
  • For orders over $100.00, standard shipping is free Australia-wide*.
  • Need it faster? Express delivery is available for a quote please call us at +61 8 63845884. We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post Express and Toll to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Note on bulky items:

Some oversized or heavy items may attract additional freight charges. If this applies to your order, our customer service team will reach out to discuss options before dispatch. We will never charge you unexpected fees without confirming first.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you need. In the event you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:

  • Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • brand new, unused condition with original packaging and documentation included.
  • Email hello@pumptastic.com.au so we can assist and provide return instructions.
  • Approved refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the value of the goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change.

  • cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of being placed.

We do not offer refunds on orders that have already been shipped unless the product is faulty or not as described. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information on how to handle returns.
