The 80PUW23.7 is an auto-alternation submersible vortex pump from Tsurumi's PU series, designed for raw sewage, wastewater, and liquids carrying solid matters. Rated at 3.7 kW with an 80 mm discharge bore, this three-phase model features a vortex impeller made of glass-fiber reinforced PA+ABS providing practically unchokable operation in sewage pumping. The pump is constructed from resin and 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion-resistance. Liquid paraffin is used as the lubricating oil, making it safe for use in fishponds, aquaculture, and other water-sensitive applications. This auto-alternation model is designed for use in pairs with an automatic model, automatically alternating pump operation to share workload and provide redundancy. It is equipped with a float switch for automatic start/stop operation, a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing, dual mechanical seals (Upper: Ceramic + Carbon, Lower: SiC + SiC) with an oil lifter, and an anti-wicking cable entry system. With a solids passage of 46 mm, the discharge connection is a threaded oval flange. This 50 Hz unit delivers dependable automatic wastewater transfer for critical applications.
