The Grundfos CR 3-8 A-FGJ-A-E-HQQE is a vertical, multistage centrifugal
inline pump designed for demanding commercial, industrial, agricultural, and
solar water applications. With suction and discharge ports positioned on the
same level, this inline design enables compact installation and efficient
system integration.
The pump head and base are constructed from
durable cast iron, while all wetted components are manufactured from
high-grade stainless steel (EN 1.4301 / AISI 304) for superior corrosion
resistance. A robust cartridge shaft seal (HQQE) provides high operational
reliability, safe handling, and easy servicing. Power transmission is via a
rigid split coupling, and the pump is equipped with a single-phase, fan-cooled
asynchronous IEC motor. Combined DIN / ANSI / JIS flange connections allow
flexible installation worldwide. With approvals for drinking water use and
high pressure capability, the CR 3-8 is ideal for pressure boosting, water
treatment, irrigation, and solar-powered water supply systems.
