The Tsurumi LSC1.4S is a single‑phase portable submersible residue drainage pump with a swing check valve. Its specially designed bottom plate allows drainage down to 1 mm water level (0.04″). The swing check valve prevents reverse‑flow when the pump stops. The rubber‑lined base plate protects floor surfaces from scratching. The pump features a semi‑open ductile iron impeller with replaceable/adjustable wear plate, double inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces running in an oil‑filled chamber, and a lip seal against a replaceable 403 stainless steel shaft sleeve. The top discharge, flow‑thru design enables operation at low water levels for extended periods. Maximum capacity is 168 L/min, maximum pressure 110 kPa (approx. 11.2 m head). Discharge size is 25 mm (1″) with multi‑direction hose coupling. Motor output 0.48 kW, 2‑pole, capacitor‑run, single‑phase, IP68, dry weight 12 kg (excluding cable).
