The Helix Hydro Online Series Fully Automatic Self-Cleaning Screen Filter features a parallel inlet/outlet configuration with electric drive, supplied with a 240V AC Helix electric controller allowing backwash by both time and pressure differential. The electric motor rotates in one direction with no interruption to the cleaning process, and there are no micro-switches or limit switches – the motor is switched on and off via a relay. Rotation of the dirt collector is achieved through an electric gear motor transmission assembly. The filter body and fine screen are constructed from SS304 stainless steel as standard (SS316L available on request). This filter is suitable for poor quality water and has a minimum operating pressure of 100 kPa (dependent on application). A hydraulic flush valve is also available.
