The Tsurumi LB-480A is a single‑phase, lightweight, compact automatic dewatering pump. Its slim design fits into an 8″ casing. The semi‑vortex pump design maintains performance even as the impeller wears. Discharge direction is selectable between top and horizontal to prevent hose folding. The automatic model features an electrode‑based level control with a timer function that eliminates malfunction from rough water surfaces. The pump turns on when water meets the electrodes, runs for exactly one minute after water clears, then shuts off. A urethane impeller and wear plates, along with dual silicon carbide mechanical seal faces, ensure durability and longevity. Top discharge maximizes motor cooling for continuous low‑level operation and extended dry‑run capability. Discharge size is 2″ straight male NPT, 0.667 HP, 32 ft cable, maximum solids handling 0.236″, automatic‑electrode operation, single‑phase, 115 V.
